Christian Sentali

 

Christian graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) honours in 2019 and comes with a wealth of knowledge and prior experience with musculoskeletal conditions. He is motivated and driven to make a positive difference in people’s lives via soft tissue occupational therapy. Prior to moving into the soft tissue area, Christian gained valuable skills in remedial massage, aged care, and mental health.

Christian is interested in all aspects of the body and believes that soft tissue OT provides significant benefits for people from all different walks of life, age, abilities, and occupations.  He is passionate about educating and treating his clients to manage pain and prevent injuries, allowing the body’s innate capacity to heal and function optimally.

Christian’s background in remedial massage has given him a grounding in his hands on skills including but not limited to trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and clinical neuromuscular techniques.

He has a keen interest and passion in treating restricted range of motion in the upper and lower limbs and chronic neck and back pain. Christian plans to further his knowledge by undertaking future post-graduate courses in dry needling, Mulligan Manual Therapy, and exercise prescription.
