Olivia Coleman

Olivia is a passionate OT whose main interests are in maximising wellbeing and quality of life for adult and child clients. Since completing her Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) hons in 2010 Olivia has worked in a variety of fields including: paediactrics, aged care, disability and soft tissue. Olivia is trained in a variety of musculoskeletal techniques, dry needling, kinesiology taping and workplace assessment.

In soft tissue OT, Olivia has a strong interest in reducing pain and maximising performance in day to day activities whilst educating individuals in prevention of injury as well as maintenance of musculoskeletal health. Olivia is particularly interested in prevention and early intervention for children/ teenagers to minimise muscular dysfunction and pain later in life.

In paediatrics, Olivia works with a variety of children enabling development in all areas of life. She has  invaluable experience with behavioural and emotional regulation.

Olivia is interested in a range of physical activity including hiking, swimming and triathlons and this has been a key drive in her ongoing interest in soft tissue.
